Yes. reactsurvey is built, owned and hosted in the EU by blackmirror media gmbh in Vienna, with engineering in Vienna and Budapest. At a leading European telecommunications group it passed the full privacy and security assessment and complies with the group’s strictest data-protection guidelines, plus GDPR.
What happens to our data when we use the AI features?
You choose EU-hosted models inside the EU data boundary, or open-weight models on-premise next to a self-hosted install. Retention is zero and your data never trains public models. Agents act only with human approval, and every action is audited, in line with the EU AI Act requirements for transparency, human oversight and audit logs.
How many respondents can reactsurvey handle?
The largest single survey so far had 518,274 respondents. reactsurvey sends 10,000 invitations per hour, and surveys with more than 100,000 respondents have run with no major downtime. Over one three-year window it sent 2,401,094 invitations across 757 surveys.
